Terms & Conditions

Triathlonbox terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Triathlonbox services and website. By visiting the Triathlonbox website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In order to contract with Triathlonbox you must be over 18 years of age. Triathlonbox retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Triathlonbox or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Triathlonbox is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of international products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards, PayPal and Worldpay. Card charges will appear on your statement as "TRIATHLONBOX".  All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates, unless country currency is changed in our region adjuster, available on every product page. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

We won’t share your personal details with any other companies. We may drop you the odd email to let you know about new products, offers or other developments with Triathlonbox but you can always unsubscribe from these if you don’t want them.

The Contract

Getting your order confirmation and payment isn’t the same as entering into a contract with you. This only happens when we send out your items. This is standard legal practice and is necessary because we might have accidentally made a pricing error or sometimes even your payment might later be declined by your bank. Placing an order and paying for it means you have accepted these terms and conditions.

Email When in Stock: Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for the 'Email When in Stock' service, you ask Triathlonbox to send you an email when your selected item is back in stock. We will try our best, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive an email notifying you when your chosen product is in stock.  The email is a notification, not a reservation; it’s not a guarantee that the product will still be available when you attempt to purchase. Given that it’s likely a sold out product will be a popular one, we suggest that you act quickly to avoid disappointment.

Unauthorised use of words and images from this website is copyright theft so please don’t do it. If you want to use any of it please ask by emailing us.
